1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of vexmori.com and purchases made from Vexmori. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here.

2. Online Store Terms

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Production

Vexmori sells made-to-order products. Product appearance can vary slightly due to garment characteristics, display settings and normal production tolerances. Available sizes, garment types and product options are shown on the applicable product page.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices on Vexmori are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the time you place your order is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not require us to accept an order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, contains an obvious pricing or technical error, or otherwise cannot reasonably be processed. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we may cancel it and issue an appropriate refund.

6. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment options displayed at checkout, currently including PayPal and card options made available through PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing and order information and to be authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is delayed beyond a promised or updated shipping timeframe, we will provide options as required by applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, returns and cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vexmori name, website design, original site content and other materials owned by Vexmori are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, characters or other rights remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to transmit malware, scrape or attack the service, interfere with security, impersonate another person, conduct fraud, violate another party’s rights or engage in unlawful activity.

11. Third-Party Services

Parts of the store rely on third-party services such as payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers and hosting or security providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Vexmori will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses where such limitations are permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already accepted except where required by law or agreed with you.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply to you based on your location or the circumstances of your purchase.
