Made to Order

Every Vexmori product is made to order. Typical production and processing time is 2–4 business days before the order is handed off for shipment.

Standard US Shipping

Standard US shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after production. Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, address issues or other events outside our direct control.

Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships. You can also check your order through our Track Order page.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated or updated timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include accepting the delay or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund where required.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows a problem, your order is significantly delayed, or your package arrives damaged, contact support@vexmori.com and include your order number.
